By accessing or using PuppyTech ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

PuppyTech provides AI-powered market intelligence and e-commerce research services, including:

• Access to pre-made research reports on trending products and markets
• Custom product research services with detailed market analysis
• Premium subscription plans with weekly research updates
• Interactive dashboards with competitive intelligence data

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to selected research reports at no cost
• Premium ($79/month): Weekly trending product research with 52 reports annually
• Custom Research ($799): Professional custom product analysis delivered in 5 business days
• Custom Research Plus ($1,299): Premium research with social strategy, priority delivery in 3 days

4.2 Payment Terms

• Recurring Subscriptions: Billed monthly via PayPal until cancelled
• Custom Research: 30% upfront, 70% upon delivery
• All prices in USD
• Automatic Renewal: Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4.4 Refund Policy

• Premium Subscription: No refunds for monthly subscription fees
• Custom Research: 30% deposit is non-refundable once research begins. Final 70% refundable if research is not delivered within promised timeframe
• Revisions: Custom Research Plus includes 1 free revision

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All research reports, data, analysis, dashboards, and other content provided by PuppyTech are our exclusive property and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Sell, license, or commercialize our research reports
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Share your account access with others

5.2 Your License

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• View and download research reports for personal or internal business use
• Use insights from reports to inform your business decisions
• Create derivative works for your own business (but not resell our reports)

6. Custom Research Services

6.1 Delivery Timeline

• Standard ($799): Delivered within 5 business days
• Premium Plus ($1,299): Priority delivery within 3 business days

6.2 Research Scope

Custom research is based on the information you provide. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but do not guarantee:

• Business success or profitability
• Completeness of all market participants
• Future market conditions

6.3 Revisions

Premium Plus includes 1 revision. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery and cannot change the core scope of research.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use our Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, spider, or harvest data from our website using automated means
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our research without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in harmful activities
• Impersonate PuppyTech or any person or entity
• Share your subscription account with multiple users

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

Our Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of all data and insights
• Business results from using our research

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuppyTech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on our research

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuppyTech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

• Violate these Terms

• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

• We may delete your account data after 30 days
